How we make
it work.

Marshall works for 6 months in the UK and 6 months in Lahore. That means that you can talk to him directly about any major issues.

Ali lives in Lahore. He handles the advertising and takes the initial interviews, whether for Accounting or Clerical accountancy work. He filters out people who are too big for their boots or don’t meet your specifications, and then you can interview them directly or remotely via Zoom or Teams.

Once you select your team, the work begins. You can talk to your Team directly or work through Ali; that’s your choice. Of course, there is a small charge for supervisory services, but that is minuscule compared to
the costs in the UK.

  • CA Chartered Accounts

    Equivalent to an FCA-qualified accountant. Typically, senior accountants who finalise the accounts

    Review of accounts and bookkeeping by junior personnel. Filing of VAT returns and Annual Accounts

  • BSc (Masters in Accountancy)

    These people are ideal for bookkeeping in Sage, Xero, FreeAgent, or a similar accounting package and will prepare the VAT returns for checking

    These people maintain accounting records and prepare for bookkeeping. They can create client folders and organise invoices and bills for the company to pay. As part of their junior bookkeeping role, they can oversee day-to-day transactions.

What’s the downside?

Busy accountancy firms that need to outsource are so tied up with their own deadlines that they can’t find the time to collate the work and run the team.
